Two-Time Super Bowl-Winning Quarterback, Five-Time NFL MVP and Football Hall of Fame member
Keynote Speaker Legendary quarterback Peyton Manning, the NFL’s only five-time Most Valuable Player, a 14-time Pro Bowl selection and member of the Football Hall of Fame, has earned his place among the greatest quarterbacks in league history as one of the leaders in nearly every statistical passing category. Speaker Bio Manning entered the NFL in 1998 with the Indianapolis Colts as the first overall draft pick. During his first 14 NFL seasons with the Colts, Manning set club records in nearly every career passing category. He led the franchise to its first World Championship in 36 years during the 2006 season, earning MVP honors in the Colts’ 29-17 win over the Chicago Bears in Super Bowl XLI. In 2017, the Colts honored Manning by retiring his number 18 at Lucas Oil Stadium. During the 2015/2016 season, Manning led the Denver Broncos to a 24-10 win over the Carolina Panthers in Super Bowl 50, making him the first starting quarterback in NFL history to win a Super Bowl with two different teams. In 2013, Manning was named Sportsman of the Year by Sports Illustrated. In his first year with the Broncos in 2012 – and after missing the entire 2011 campaign with a neck injury – Manning finished as the Associated Press NFL Comeback Player of the Year and runner-up for the league’s MVP. The PeyBack Foundation has provided more than $14 million of impact to disadvantaged youth through its grants and programs since its inception. Manning is a champion for the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent (Indiana); serving as an ambassador, advocate and fundraiser. Peyton and Ashley co-chair the signature fundraising event for the hospital each spring, which raises money to expand and enhance departments and services offered. Excellence in Partner Experience to Drive the Next Surge in Value
Advancing Resiliency with Connected Supply Chain Planning and Execution Resiliency has become the most used, perhaps overused, word in recent years to describe aspirations for the supply chain. But, what does it mean? What are the things that companies can do to progress their supply chain resiliency efforts? In this session, IDC analyst Simon Ellis will bring data and insights to make the argument that synchronization of supply planning and execution across ecosystem partners is the most important step that supply chains can take. So many supply chains remain bogged down by legacy, on-premises tools that are no longer good enough or perform well enough in a dynamic, disruptive world.

Advancing Resiliency with Connected Supply Chain Planning and Execution
Julia White
Global FP VAN Director
Disruptions are the new normal – partnering with e2open helps RHSC build resilience and save lives The pandemic shone a light on the importance of supply chains and the challenge of globally distributing health products when supplies are limited. Now, everyone is talking about the importance of resilience in the face of natural disasters and shifting geopolitics and the promotion of visibility across supply chain players so that constrained products get where they need to go. Much can be learned here from the public health sector, especially the Reproductive Health community. Perennially faced with limited reproductive health products, strong demand and regular disruption, stock outs can mean the difference between a woman having options to support her health and that of her family, or not. Resilience means the difference between life and death. Visibility is critical – you cannot manage what you cannot see. But resiliency is more than visibility. It is about building trust to respond to changing conditions and ensuring flexibility in your policies, tools and processes to help governments and procurers with effective decision-making. In a true multi-enterprise scenario, for two decades the Reproductive Health community has worked to promote such trust and supply chain visibility to enable collaborative decision-making between governments, countries, manufactures and global procurers and enable resiliency in the face of these disruptions. Partnering with e2open since 2018, this work has been steadily transforming and improving the reproductive health supply chain and its impact in low and middle income countries. Presented by Stew Stremel from the Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition (RHSC), this session will unpack the basics of how this community-managed initiative has continued to grow to create a resilient and connected supply chain network called the Global Family Planning Visibility and Analytics Network (VAN). It will ground the VAN work in RHSC’s history, highlight important successes to-date, and share how the experience of the public health sector can further learning in the wider Supply Chain Management community. Speaker Bio As the Director for the Global Family Planning Visibility and Analytics Network (Global FP VAN) at the Reproductive Health Supplies Coalition (RHSC), Julia White is responsible for leading the community Global FP VAN initiative. In other words, she is driving the vision and work to establish a virtual, collaborative platform where community members access and use the same data to collectively make family planning supply chain decisions. She also serves as RHSC’s thought leader and strategist on “data for decision-making” initiatives and identifies linkages with other related RHSC and community-led investments and initiatives. Julia has fifteen years of experience in designing, implementing, managing and evaluating international public health projects, especially reproductive health projects. She has real-world experience working on supply chains at both the country and global level, using communications and data to drive change, and applying a total market lens to activities at the country-level. She previously worked as RHSC’s Market Development Technical Advisor; a Technical Advisor on a PSI global women’s health project focused on increasing access to long-term contraception and reproductive health services; a Grants-Monitoring & Evaluation Manager on the Community Health Component of the USAID/Senegal Health Program (PSSC) in Senegal; and an HIV/AIDS Youth Program Manager on the USAID PEPFAR Trusted Partner project in Rwanda, among other jobs and consultancies. Her work has focused on low resource settings, including two years in Rwanda and three years in Senegal. She has consulted for NGOs and the UN, including consulting on the Secretariat for the UN Commission on Life-saving Commodities for Women and Children. She was featured on NPR’s All Things Considered in 2011 talking about the important role Senegalese grandmothers play in healthcare and has presented at international conferences around the world. Julia speaks fluent English and French and has a bachelor’s degree from the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service and a master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.

Navigating Stormy Waters: New Global Commerce Realities a Year into the Pandemic Unprecedented demand combined with equipment and capacity shortages, port congestion, and the recent shift to front-load supply decisions is putting a tremendous strain on global supply chains. The constant state of disruption during the past 18 months has become the new normal. Join Hardy Pearson, Regional Sales and Customer Service of Hapag-Lloyd LLC, to hear a first-hand account of new realities from a carrier perspective that includes the impact on shippers and insight on how to manage future disruptions.
